A newly independent consumer health business had just separated from its parent. Every commercial capability — pricing, trade terms, RGM, customer management — needed to be built standalone from scratch, across 3 regions and 50+ markets, in parallel with a major PE ownership transition. Fifteen markets. Two hundred commercial processes. Zero consistency between them. With a major ERP transformation on the horizon, this business needed its commercial operations — order-to-cash, pricing, trade terms, RGM — standardised before the technology arrived. We mapped, redesigned and embedded the new operating model across 15 markets, driving 3,000+ people through the change. When the ERP went live, the business was ready. Revenue grew 28% in the two years that followed.
